CALL 24—Audio Response

Save time by using Call 24. A local number for the Montgomery area (279-1463) and a toll-free number (1-800-872-6494) for statewide use are available. This allows members to access the computer for balances, withdrawals, and transfers in their accounts.

Call 24, accessible 24 hours daily, 7 days a week, can confirm checks that have cleared on your Share Draft (Checking) account. However, the system is down for less than two hours twice weekly, to update our records. Please contact the Credit Union to set up a PIN (Personal Identification Number). The Credit Union will need your account number and social security number to assign PIN numbers over the telephone.

ASECUconnect- Online Branch

Online Banking provides our members with 24 hour account access and the ability to:

• check their account balances & history
• transfer funds
• review statements
• request a check
• pay their bills*
• send an email inquiry regarding their account to a member service representative

Online access is a free service to our members. Members that submit an application online will receive in the mail a confirmation that your application has been approved.

*Billpay service is free for a trial period of 3 months after which a fee of $5/month is applied for the service.
